Compliance & Regulatory Commitment
Restill International Partners is a bulk spirits broker, not a distiller or certifying body, and works only with licensed partners at every step of the supply chain.
The distillery and the exporter of record hold the production licenses and issue origin, analysis, and export documentation;
Restill coordinates that paperwork and supplies bulk distilled spirits to licensed importers and bottlers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and international regulations.
• U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) requirements
• Mexico’s Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT) standards, where applicable
• Applicable destination-country import and customs regulations
Restill coordinates documentation for each shipment and passes it through to licensed partners. Certificates of origin, batch analysis, Consejo Regulador del Tequila (CRT) certification for tequila, and export paperwork are issued by the distillery and the exporter of record; Restill compiles those records with commercial invoices and shipping documents so licensed importers and bottlers receive a complete, verifiable file.
All spirits are supplied in bulk formats and are intended for lawful import, export, and in market bottling by the importer of record. Restill does not sell packaged consumer products.
We work with vetted production and logistics partners and maintain traceability through production records, batch documentation, and controlled transport processes.
Compliance is not an afterthought at Restill International Partners — it is foundational to how we operate and who we choose to work with.
